Self esteem is the epicenter of authenticity and who we become. It is the center of how we respond in life. Today I'd like you to think about the following statements:
~ When you see your self worth, you will treat others better.
~ When you feel your self worth, you will treat yourself and others better.
~ When you acknowledge your self worth, you will take time to take care of yourself.
~ When you understand your self worth you will view failures as learning experiences.
~ When you know your self worth, you will be able to acknowledge the self worth of others.
~ When you value your self worth, you will learn to respond to life issues instead of reacting to life stresses.
~ When you embrace your self worth, you will build your happiness.
~ When you realize self worth is the epicenter to who you are and how you operate in the world, it is possible to live an authentic life.
~ When you think you are worthy, all is possible.
